Sometimes, more than a filling is needed but a full crown would be too much. In cases like this, a milled porcelain restoration may be the best solution. This allows us to use porcelain and conserve tooth structure. It is always best to conserve as much tooth structure as possible, because studies show that will allow us to move to a crown at a later date extending the life of the tooth.
